Recipes Ground Beef and Potato Casserole

Here is a tasty recipe I came across recently. It has a tasty flavor with potatoes and ground beef, and cream of mushroom soup. My family loves it more evry time I make it. It’s perfect when you want a hot meal on a cold winters day. This dish is easy to prepare. This tasty dish is ready in 50 minutes!

1-1/2 lbs ground beef, browned
salt and pepper to taste
3 large potatoes, sliced
2 carrots, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef, drain. Transfer ground beef into a casserole dish. Add a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add carrots to cover potatoes. Put soup over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 4050 minutes.
